My passion to become a senior leader of ED&I and to create a better future, derives from my father, who as well as being a great role model, demonstrated exceptional leadership whilst making consistent contributions to our community and his workplace throughout his career.

I have a proven track record of successfully designing and delivering multiple sessions to assist change within teams, offices and the regional culture. I have brought my ED&I knowledge and experience to each of my roles which has allowed me to deliver high quality outcomes, build long standing relationships and create high performing and well engaged teams.
