Having been active in EDI across various sectors, Dominic is a big believer in the power of empathy and how learning from others, can help us to fulfil our own potential. Regularly inspired by those he crosses paths with, Dominic is passionate about finding innovative ways to provide equal opportunities for all and uses his extensive project management experience to make sure that this happens. Locally, Dominic has a rich history of involvement in resource development and stakeholder engagement, having overseen all EDI activity at Young Epilepsy and worked with the media team at Leicester Tigers.
