In my current role I am responsible for writing and the roll out, of the House of Lords Diversity and Inclusion strategy. This ultimately includes all Diversity and Inclusion related interventions, initiatives, HR policies changes, staff development and training as well as internal and external communications for the House. I have five years’ experience working in the field of Diversity and Inclusion in both as a Diversity practitioner and within a consultancy role, working with private, public and third sector organisations. I regularly present to a wide range of audiences at all levels, including delivering workshops and training as required.

Previously working for EY as a Senior Associate in UK Financial Services arm of the business - The areas of Diversity and Inclusion I specialised in involved: external communications, internal communications, both data collection and interpretation, events management, strategic planning, training (learning and development for staff), briefing senior stakeholders and training facilitation and delivery. As well as data analysis and report compiling for senior stakeholders. Whilst working at Inclusive Employers – the UK’s leading diversity and inclusion consultancy organisation, I lead projects which included: Designing a suit of content for McDonalds UK (intranet), event management and production for national campaigns such as National Inclusion Week and Learning Disabilities Work Experience Week. As well as providing client support and expert advice in relation to D&I related queries and issues.

I currently sit on the Board of Directors for The Inclusive Companies Membership which consists of passionate and dedicated diversity professionals who can provide sound business direction, bringing fresh ideas and leaderships skills to the table.
