Possibl is excited to partner with a long-standing client renowned for delivering prestigious building, construction, and engineering advisory projects worldwide. We are seeking an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Partner to join their sophisticated and well-established HR team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the head of leadership, serving as the primary advocate for EDI within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development: Continuously enhance and implement EDI policies.
  • Educational Workshops: Plan and facilitate workshops focused on EDI education.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication plans to promote EDI initiatives.
  • Resource Group Engagement: Establish and support employee resource groups.
  • Impact Measurement: Identify opportunities to measure and report on the impact of EDI initiatives.
  • Global Integration: Embed EDI practices across the firm both in the UK and internationally.

About You:

  • Experience: Several years served in an EDI role, with demonstrable impact.
  • Leadership Engagement: Proven track record of engaging senior leaders, including executives.
  • Facilitation Skills: Strong workshop facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of EDI, including legislation and policy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
