With my 4.5 years of experience as an Employment Officer/ Social Worker for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), as well as my Masters in Counselling and Masters in Social Work, I am confident that I possess the necessary skills and expertise to excel in this field.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of my work. As a Disability Employment Officer, I have worked with individuals with disabilities to help them overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals. This has involved collaborating with different stakeholders (rehabilitation NGOs, employers, self-help groups, academic researchers, volunteers, etc.) to create inclusive work environments, promote equality policies in employment, and provide personalized support to PwDs.
