I am an experienced Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) professional, who works with an Organisation and Leadership Development approach and a focus on achieving business outcomes. My vision is “To evolve the human race so that everyone inherently values, and has the skill, to be truly inclusive of each other's diversity". I intentionally use both the privileged and disadvantaged aspects of my identity to inform, inspire and promote inclusion.

My work is grounded in my experience as a transformational leader and commercial manager plus my qualifications in Occupational Psychology (MSc) and Organisation Development (OD). I build deep and enduring relationships, through which I am able to bring positive challenge to individuals, teams, departments and whole organisations. I work across Europe and have experience of working cross-cultures and globally. I also dedicate time to governing charities I care about and in return have gained invaluable experience in leadership, strategy development, service delivery, fundraising and campaigning.
