I’m a Diversity and Inclusion professional with extensive skills in managing multicultural teams, providing leadership on the design and execution of innovative D&I programs and handling complex projects building strong cross-teams relationships.
Creating a better workplace has always been a personal goal of mine and therefore even a long time before I officially joined the Diversity and Inclusion team I have been running the first ever Inclusive program at Yoox Net-a-Porter Group: YNAP Social. YNAP Social’s main purpose is to create the best possible environment for employees by organising social, charity and wellness events, courses and fun activities. I believe it’s crucial to nurture a global team culture and create opportunities, so that people can connect and be happier about their work place. This is currently a huge success at YNAP and I’m very proud to have co-created it, run and supported the program with the valuable help of my team since its start in June 2017.
I understand the importance of broad collaboration to install an inclusive culture through every part of a company and I know how to build a strong team environment which is critical when looking for big results. Aside from my managerial competencies I have an inquisitive mind along with an ability to inspire, challenge and support others. Also, I’m a hands-on person, rolling up my sleeves to do whatever has to be done to achieve the objective and support the team.
I have excellent organisational and communication skills. I’m experienced working at senior executive level/Board level in a dynamic and under pressure environment.

I’m currently based in Italy but I’ve lived for a long time in France and the UK so I personally appreciate and deeply understand how the differences and the specific qualities of a multicultural team and environment can be a big asset for any company.
