I am a Postgraduate Manager in Occupational Psychology with a long-established interest in diversity and inclusion, disability inclusion, neurodiversity, and psychological wellbeing. I am experienced at working within highly complex, diverse, and inclusive blue-chip environments and developing and contributing to a workplace wellbeing and disability strategy (Cisco & PwC). Successful at influencing, leading, managing and implementing a variety of programs and services raising the profile of workplace mental health and wellbeing and helping to create disability inclusive organisations. I have demonstrated competence within a variety of public and private sector organisations. I have a breadth of transferable skills and experience including Diversity and Inclusion, disability inclusion, mental health and wellbeing, neurodiversity - how to support a neurodiverse workforce, inclusive recruitment, communication, stakeholder engagement, research, consultancy and leadership.
