I have over 27 years of experience in a variety of roles across a number of Birmingham City council directorate teams. Within these roles I have gained a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise within policy and as a locally based practitioner.
I believe that I have the leadership skills and abilities to deliver the core functions of this role as set out in the job description. I have experiences of working in partnership with other agencies, to bring together our collective resources, expertise and experiences to deliver the best outcome for our communities, to enhance their quality of life.
I would bring organisational and a range of transferable skills to this post, with knowledge and experience of Community Engagement and partnership working undertaking projects and oversee their delivery within the service, ensuring an outcome based approach is adopted through continuous monitoring.
I have the ability to maintain and build good working relationships with colleagues to deliver the service to required standards, by adopting suggested new ways of working, in line with the wider organisation transformation agenda, fully utilising new technology and promoting these within the team.
Contributing and assisting in the needs of the business, strategic goals and objectives of the division, to ensure that a high quality service is provided to customers and other stakeholders in accordance with agreed service level standards.
