Sales Executive, London,£36k-£50k/pa base salary + uncapped OTE

We're recruiting for a fast-growing European scale-up in the Mobility industry. Their technology, a comprehensive cloud-based IoT platform, helps companies monitor and assess the utilisation and conditions of assets and fleet. The Company, with offices in London, Amsterdam and Berlin has recently received Series A funding and is now looking for several junior and associate Sales Executives across the UK, Germany and The Netherlands to expand their ambitious sales team. They service customers across a wide range of industries such as Automotive, Logistics, eCommerce, Retail and Travel / Leisure.

All Sales Executives benefit from regular training courses, sales conferences and workshops to strengthen their sales skills and competences. Junior Sales Executives will also be guided by an experienced Sales Manager to help them successfully launch their career in Sales.

The Sales Executive should have these skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Degree level education or Sales experience in a B2B tech environment

  • Desire to progress and take up a leadership role as the company grows

  • Not afraid to use the phone

Nice to have

  • Experience in the mobility industry

In your first 6 months

  • Understand the company, the customers, the product and the market

  • Follow up on inbound leads (50%)

  • Generate your own outbound leads (50%) by implementing the company's social selling strategy and participate in drawing up new plans to generate leads for the company

  • Give online product demos

  • Negotiate conditions and close your first deals

  • Occasionally travel to meet customers for larger deals
