About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful Participant Experience team within the wider Events Fundraising team. You will support the delivery of our Event participants’ stewardship journeys across a wide range of activities such as Memory Walk, Trek26, Cupcake Day, Elf Day and 3rd party runs and challenges. You will be involved in every part of the stewardship journey, from sign-up to event day, and work closely with the wider Events team to ensure excellent data processing and customer care.

The role will be involved in multiple aspects of stewardship delivery across the entire events portfolio, ensuring we are building the strongest relationships with our supporters. 

About you

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious and self-motivated Events Fundraising Assistant who is dedicated to giving our supporters the best possible experience of fundraising for Alzheimer’s Society. This is an exciting introduction to the charity sector within a role that is fast paced, working on multiple projects. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. You will be confident in managing databases and be motivated to improve processes across the team. With many of our events beginning to take place again, this will be an exciting and busy time to join the Events team.
