Your role at Orbit.

We are looking for a Scheduling Analyst to work within our busy Resource Planning team, supporting our contact centre. This role is based at our Customer Hub which is operational from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday. The Resource Planning team work effectively to ensure rotas, timings and staff are allocated correctly. Currently the team work between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, but this may change to support business need

This role will involve using a workforce management system to accurate plan and support operational running of the The Hub. Strong excel skills will be required, to plan and organise schedules. You will deal with queries directly from staff and key stakeholders, over the phone and via email, so excellent communication skills are required.

* Strong MS Excel skills - use of in working role.

* Good communication skills to interact with all staff via phone, email and in person

* Contact centre experience - good understanding of operational issues and need.

* Analytic experience with good attention to detail.

* Ability to work to challenging deadlines and manage a varied workload.
