GED 2016

GED 2016, supported by E&Y National Equality Standard; Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion; WEConnect International and Noon Centre for Equality and Diversity Jobs, will give you the tools you need to get up to speed on government policy and appreciate its impact on your organisation.

The programme will address the following questions:

- Workplace diversity measures – data collection, methodologies and outcome assessments

- Best practice case studies: gender, sexuality, age and work-life balance, alternative working patterns

Regulation of work and professional identities

- Relationship between policy and career trajectories, intersectional identities and diversities in the globalising workplace

- Education and opportunity, opening international and national diversity and inclusion.
