See Me is Scotland\'s programme to end mental health stigma and discrimination. Our mission is to change minds, change policy and change practice across Scotland. See Me works with people with lived experience of mental health problems to influence change in communities, schools and workplaces and in health and social care.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic workplace consultant to join our committed team.

Hours: 37.5 per week (Full time)

Salary: £24,215.00 - £28,359.00 (pt 28 - pt 33)

Contract: Fixed Term to 31 March 2019 (secondments will be considered)

Location: Glasgow - Brunswick House Office

The post-holder will lead a Workforce Equality Project with five private sector organisations that have committed to working with See Me to trial new inclusive employment opportunities and develop good practice on mental health equality in the workplace

Through building close relationships with the employers involved in the Project the post holder will provide bespoke and tailored support to undertake policy analysis and review, facilitate policy and practice improvement to promote mental health inclusion and reduce stigma and discrimination.

The post holder will work directly with the wider See Me team and volunteers.

You\'ll have a background in workplace equality and mental health and have experience of facilitating policy and practice change in organisations. You\'ll have strong project management skills and experience of capturing good monitoring data to support reporting and evaluation.
