Talent, Learning and Diversity Advisor (12 Month FTC)

Role Purpose

To drive the Talent, Learning & Diversity and HR agenda across EMEA

Key Responsibilities


• Support the Global Talent Assessment process within the EMEA Region including data management and leading Talent discussions with Country MD's
• Ownership of Executive Education programmes including liaising with country MD's and HR to identify attendees and work with the Business Schools and senior attendees to enrol them onto the programme and ensure successful delivery of the programme
• Partnering with local HR teams to support the Global role out of Performance Management process across the EMEA region

Learning & Development

• Support for key projects - e.g. Global Leadership Framework, Engagement Survey
• End-to-end ownership of all EMEA regional training programmes ensuring that all programmes run smoothly. This includes timetabling training, collaborating with local HR teams to identify nominations, maintaining all programmes on the Learning Management System, liaising with training suppliers, regional offices to organise all catering and equipment arrangements and collating training feedback
• Working with Service Line Heads to support the delivery of their cross border training and development requirements
• Dealing with enquires and questions from within the business and training providers
• Processing and tracking invoice payments
• Assisting with the maintenance of the training pages on the company intranet
• Act as source of best practice and innovation in training


• Some diary management for Head of HR EMEA and Head of Talent, Learning & Diversity EMEA
• Providing support for generalist HR projects when required
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Person Specification/Requirements

• Solid experience covering the full L&D cycle in a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate to groups and individuals, tailoring style to suit audience and situation
• An understanding of e-learning techniques and creation
• Be willing to get hands-on when necessary
• Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and being part of a strong team
• Highly organised - able to manage and progress multiple ongoing tasks over time ensuring all deadlines are met
• Taking ownership of day to day processes and issues
• Anticipating requirements/issues in order to deal with them in a preventative and timely manner
• Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
