Description

We currently have a brand-new opportunity within our Learning and Development team for a Talent, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join us on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to support the development and implementation of our talent agenda.

You will be working with and taking guidance from the Learning and Development Manager and HR Manager to identify current and forecast anticipated diversity requirements across the business. Developing actions and initiatives to promote the diversity and inclusion agenda through all levels of the organisation to build our teams capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of the company's Talent, Diversity and Inclusion Agenda on a business wide basis.
  • Analysing external trends and recommending initiatives that link to internal opportunities for improvement.
  • Working with HR managers and leaders within the business to educate leaders and our broader teams on the business and community benefits of an inclusive workplace.
  • Developing internal communication processes to highlight the value of driving diversity in the business.
  • Sourcing and managing external suppliers as needed for the development and/or delivery of specific initiatives, metrics and projects
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on all diversity initiatives to ensure fulfilment of our diversity and inclusion agenda.
  • Compiling all compliance components of our diversity action agenda.
  • Support learning and development team in the areas of facilitation, programme design and project management.

About you:

  • Experienced Diversity and Inclusion professional with a strong track record in implementation of talent, diversity and inclusion programmes.
  • Ability to innovate and bring new ideas and thinking to what / how inclusion is managed.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into leadership and diversity initiatives and implement measures to determine their effectiveness
  • Stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and make a positive impact.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
