Talent & Diversity Coordinator
Description
We currently have a brand-new opportunity in our Learning and Development team for a Talent and Diversity Coordinator to join us. Within this role, you will be primarily responsible for assisting in the development, delivery and reporting of Bunnings UK's talent agenda. This will include administering our approach to diversity and inclusion.

You'll work with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment with people strategies and best practice and you will also be involved in supporting other HR functions with analysing & reporting data as well as other general administration.

Responsibilities:

Promoting and driving the company's 'Diversity Action Agenda'
Analysing external trends and recommending initiatives that link to internal opportunities for improvement
Assisting in developing and implementing diversity initiatives for rollout on a business wide basis
Assisting in educating our leaders and broader team on the business and community benefits of an inclusive workplace, working to build capability to deliver diversity initiatives
Developing internal communications to highlight the value of driving diversity at Bunnings
Sourcing and managing external suppliers as needed for the development and/or delivery of specific initiatives, metrics and projects
Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on all diversity and talent initiatives to ensure fulfilment of our diversity action agenda
Preparation of people planning data across the business

About you:

Experience in sourcing and collating qualitative and quantitative data from various sources (especially HR database management systems) to produce valid and meaningful reports. Able to identify and follow through on data discrepancies.
Able to turn qualitative and quantitative data into meaningful information for customer groups
Some experience in a HR preferable
Some exposure to remuneration process and practice
Demonstrated ability to effectively monitor external service providers
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel
