Senior CSR Manager
Purpose of the Role...

To devise the strategy for UK's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and partnerships
To successfully manage the implementation and evaluation of CSR programmes and activation of partnerships
To actively engage and communicate UK's CSR programmes to key internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities...

Develop UK's CSR annual and long-term strategy ensuring its alignment to global framework
Design and manage UK's key CSR initiatives and partnerships portfolio (including benefits usage) ensuring that these are impactful, reviewed and refreshed as needed
Act as the main point of contact for UK's CSR programmes for internal stakeholders and lead the efforts to collaborate and integrate CSR into key business areas
Act as the main point of contact and spokesperson for external CSR stakeholders (including but not limited to government, charities/NGOs, education stakeholders) handling meetings and review/response of CSR related requests and proposals
Identify and address key risks to the business regarding the CSR agenda, working closely with the Government Relations and PR team to appropriately advise the UK senior leadership team
Responsible for UK's annual CSR budget working closely with the finance team, ensuring timely reporting to relevant internal stakeholders
Responsible for contract management and negotiation for UK's CSR initiatives and partnerships working closely with the legal team
Lead UK's internal and external brand communications / promotion of CSR programmes working closely with PR, Digital and internal communications teams to ensure engagement opportunities are maximised
Prepare and manage the production of materials on key CSR programmes for a wide range of audiences, including reporting of evaluation and impact measurement of the programmes and development of content to be used for communication purposes (e.g. literature, videos, social etc)
Provide opportunities for employee engagement and volunteering relevant to UK's key CSR agenda working closely with the HR team to support implementation and evaluation (including employee surveys, internal events and communications)
Manage relevant agency resources (recruitment, day-to-day and evaluation)
Manage the Citizenship Programme executive

Strong stakeholder and project management skills
CSR experience within a corporate environment
Relevant qualifications in CSR or sustainable business
Partnership management experience essential
A good understanding of UK education system and interest in culture and technology welcome
