Salary: £34,000 to £40,000 basic + commission gross per annum for 39 hours of work per week

Main duties and responsibilities:

YourPrime are looking to recruit a Sales Manager & Diversity Champion who would be joining at the most opportunistic time as we enter and develop new markets. This role is specifically for top billers. In this position, you will be self-motivated and oozing with ideas and initiatives. We are flexible, encouraging and enthusiastic to help you grow as an individual as you put your own positive impression on a new business that is already over achieving.

With diversity being a hot topic in the UK, as a senior employee of YourPrime, you will be able to develop a USP within the recruitment market and advocate for helping aid diversity within the workplace.

Other duties/responsibilities include:

* Lead YourPrime\'s diversity proposition across clients, social media and marketing in order to develop our business and increase market share
* Head up the technical team responsible for recruiting and day to day management of individuals
* Help the business to recruit and attract new talent to then manage and develop
* Be involved in forming the strategy for growth and development of new markets
* Work to personal monthly / quarterly targets and manage own recruitment market
* Be influential, bring ideas and put your own positive impression on the business from day one

Skills, qualifications and experience:

* You will need to have at least 4 years\' experience in a 360 recruitment role within a niche technical IT / skilled based market.
* You will need to be able to show consistent performance throughout your employed history, and must aspire to grow and develop professionally through leadership.
* You will also need to have experience and / or ideally a background in diversity
* Proven ability to hit financial targets and ability to demonstrate new business skills
* Background in recruiting within a specialism commanding a higher rate of fee
* Degree / Master\'s educated, ideally with an educational background around Business Diversity / HR within Business
* Passion for recruitment, commercially minded, career driven
* Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and want to develop a team
* Excellent communicator both face to face and over the phone
* Contract or Permanent markets considered
