HR Manager (Policy and Equality)
Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Policy Manager to join a business going through a great period of positive change. Key to this role is having strong policy experience and being competent in both creating and implementing policies. You will be influential in introducing a welfare and well being policy which will be a strongly aligned with the new overall business culture.

Key skills/attributes:-

  • Subject Matter Expert in HR Policy (creating & implementing)
  • Proven ability to secure consensus across a range of complex stakeholders and in sensitive and challenging situations
  • Experience of developing a long-term approach to Health and Well Being across a multi-professional, multi-site workforce, and able to show the positive impact of initiatives and activities on staff and performance
  • Demonstrates success at building strategic relationships within HR, in the wider organisation and beyond the organisation (for example, with Union full time officials, senior HR colleagues, with business, with service providers) for the good of the organisation.
  • Skilled in combining employment law and business insights to provide sound advice and challenge to senior HR colleagues and business leaders
