Head of Inclusion and Diversity
Ready to help shape the next stage of our journey?We're looking for a passionate individual with previous experience shaping and delivering positive cultural change in a complex organisation. In this role, you'll collaborate widely to inspire and support our Inclusion and Diversity strategy through every part of our world-class institution.Can you champion a culture of inclusion and diversity?An expert in the field, you'll develop and deliver an Inclusion and Diversity strategy for our School community. Alongside being the go-to for guidance on policy, you will educate students, staff and faculty with a range of programmes and initiatives that foster a culturally inclusive and diverse environment within the School. From community relations to people development and recruitment to retention, you'll strive to embed our Inclusion and Diversity initiatives in day-to-day operations. With this role, comes the responsibility of handling any related opportunities or issues in a diplomatic and timely manner, providing pragmatic and achievable recommendations when appropriate. The world of business is in a state of change; embracing the opportunities Inclusion and Diversity offer will help us lead the way.Here you'll:Represent the School by promoting its programmes and opportunities to a wide range of internal and external audiencesSupport the guidance and resolution of the most complex opportunities and issues from all stakeholders and senior managementIdentify and oversee risk management, compliance and governance, producing reports and documentation for senior management to use to support decision-making processesControl relevant budgets, ensuring value for moneyReport directly to the Dean, working together to ensure the Inclusion and Diversity strategy adopts best practice and aligns with the Schools overarching visionShare our knowledgeWe generate research and ideas that have a real, lasting influence on people, businesses and markets around the world. To do that, we have to make sure we've got the talent, the tools and the infrastructure to share our thinking globally.
