As part of the International Programmes Team based near Rugby, the successful candidate will demonstrate they have:

professional experience in international development, with a good portion of that gained in overseas contexts
a masters level qualification in a relevant field
a strong understanding and experience of gender in development programming, how to analyse and challenge gendered barriers to change and how to practically integrate gender in programme design, learning, advocacy, M&E and communications
the ability to develop new approaches and concepts in simple, accessible ways
experience of developing and delivering gender training that is context-sensitive, of measuring impact and of working in differing cultural contexts, using the most appropriate methodologies for adoption of change in each context
strong verbal and written communication skills and report writing
fluency in English (fluent in Spanish, French and/or Arabic would be desirable).

Near Rugby, Warwickshire (possibility of being based in one of our regional offices) Regular travel will be required.

£43,000 to £45,875 per annum
