Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager
Description

We are currently recruiting for a Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager for a public sector client. The role has been based in London for a 7 month duration.

The rate is negotiable and the role has been deemed Inside IR35.

The successful candidate will have the following roles & duties:
- Researching, applying and promoting diversity initiatives and sharing best practice
- Providing advice, guidance and support on equality and diversity issues
- Assessing community needs and promoting community cohesion
- Promoting changes within organisations and wider community
- Developing systems for reporting incidents of discrimination
- Dealing with conflict in the workplace
- Responding to complaints and providing options for complainants.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experiences:
- Public sector experience
- HR Experience within an HR/Equality role, preferably within public sector for the last 3 years
- Experience dealing with conflict and issue resolution
- Experience of conflict resolution
- Experience of equality and diversity issues and resolutions
- Experience of diversity initiatives
