£37,000.00 - £40,000.00 - Permanent - Full Time

My client, a well known leader in their sector are currently recruiting for a Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being Manager to join their changing HR function.

This role requires an individual who is passionate about developing an inclusive and diverse culture with a strong knowledge of well-being and mental health.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

- Lead and line manage the newly formed Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing team.

- Develop and implement the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy as part of the HR and overall business strategy

- Lead and develop projects around the reduction of gender pay gap within the organisation

- Implementing and designing new policies and procedures, to drive change throughout the organisation

- Analysing and reporting on data, using this to then work closely with the Resourcing and Learning and Development departments to identify improvements and offer solutions

- Escalating any concerns where improvements are not made

Essential Skills -

- Strong communication skills

- Stakeholder management skills

- Educated to degree level (desirable)

- CIPD Level 7 qualified, or qualified in wellbeing/safety i.e. NEBOSH certified

- Experience working in a similar role is essential

- Line management experience is essential
