Diversity and Talent Adviser

The successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating and supporting the needs of the Head of Recruitment and Talent. You will assist with talent coordination, recruitment tracking and diversity initiatives.

Client Details

My client are one of the world\'s largest corporate law firms. They are a progressive firm who place high importance on their HR strategy.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Talent Coordination:

- Scheduling reviews (Appraisal)

- Collecting and filing of project feedback

- Mobility Coordination


-Assisting the Senior Diversity Manager with projects- including- Gender inequality, mental health and other diversity initiatives.

-Coordination and facilitation of Diversity events.

Recruitment Tracking:

- Event booking and room set up, booking catering requirements, shipping materials, producing name badges, finding suitable presenters and organising travel to events

- Arranging tests and collating results

- Scheduling interviews, preparing interview packs and booking feedback


The successful candidate will be/have:

- A background in a related HR, Recruitment or Talent team.

-Ideally Professional or Financial Services.

-Degree/CIPD or equivalent qualified

-Excellent communications team

Job Offer

A competitive salary between £30,000 and £37,000 depending on experience.
