Diversity & Inclusion Training Specialist
Description
If you have a talent for designing and delivering high-impact Diversity & Inclusion training programmes that smash the \'diversity training is just a boring, tick-box exercise\' myth out of the park then read on!

The Role:

- Designing and delivering tailor-made Equality, Diversity & Inclusion training workshops for a broad range of customers across all sectors
- Designing and delivering forum theatre learning events with their acting team
- Responding to new and existing customers about Equality, Diversity & Inclusion training projects
- Writing winning proposals and tender responses
- Attending client meetings and presentations
- Liaising with their associate Equality, Diversity & Inclusion training team
- Developing new ED&I training related activities and cutting-edge programme outlines
- Contributing to creative ideas for marketing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion training services
- Collaborating with the team in making exciting things happen

The Ideal Candidate:

- Experience of delivering immersive Equality, Diversity & Inclusion related training programmes, including Unconscious Bias
- Confident to customise training content to align with customer-specific objectives
- A natural facilitator of engaging learning experiences (they do not deliver lecture-based, \'chalk & talk\' training programmes; we aim to create shifts in behaviour and inspire positive change)
- Experience of working with actors in training delivery (not a necessity but would be considered a bonus)
- Training / facilitation qualifications also considered a bonus
- An impressive track record for supporting businesses to champion ED&I to gain tangible results
- Excited to head up the Diversity & Inclusion Training department and take the ED&I products and services to a whole new level (there\'s no red-tape here & creativity has no boundaries!)

You will work as part of a close-knit core team in a beautiful oak-structured office with beautiful views (and a great selection of teas!)

Other Details:

- Starting salary equivalent to £28k - £42k / year (depending on experience)
- They have an energetic, characterful office dog, so a love (or tolerance) of dogs is a must
