Diversity & Inclusion Administrator
Description

Incumbent is responsible for diary management, reporting, communication and presentation services for EMEA Diversity and Inclusion. Additionally, this role will provide program support on a wide range of initiatives and internal and external events.

Draft and prepare Diversity & Inclusion reports, dashboards, content, communications and presentations.

Provide research and support services for monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports and updates for senior management presentations.

Create and manage D&I event and program calendar and annual schedule of activities for EMEA Diversity & Inclusion.

Provide on site support for BNY Mellon team at major recruiting fairs, expos, and other external programs.

Manage vendor/partner database of external diversity related alliances, sponsorships, networks, associations and centers of influence.

Qualifications

Skills

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required.

Excellent organizational skills to ensure that all D&I activities are organised in a uniform manner.

Candidate should be advanced in Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point and Excel programs and social media tools are desirable.

Experience of working in a business environment.

Project Management skills would be beneficial.

Proactive in scheduling meetings with various stakeholders.
