Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Spares Supply team on a 6 month fixed term basis. This role will be based within our offices providing high standards of support to our customers throughout Europe, Middle East and Africia (EMEA) in line with the Groups standards.

You will work alongside two other CSR\'s and you the Spares Supervisor to maintain customer satisfaction by completing all customer administration including quotation and claims response and respond to all requests in a timely manner. We will provide you with on the job training and any additional training needed for your ongoing continuous development.

Within this role you will be required to promote and achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction and the completion of all customer related administration to ensure that working with Zodiac Services is easy for Customers. In order to do this you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact to the customer and respond to all customer order requests relating to spares orders and quotations in a timely manner.
  • Process all customer quotations and PO\'s, P/N creation workflow, customer account creation, pricing requests and claims follow up.
  • Analyse customer sales history, gather data on reason of M20 sales variation and whenever possible recover this sales decrease.
  • Propose alternative equipment when customers requests cannot be fulfilled (NHA) and suggest additional p/n.
  • Develop business relationships with customers by conducting on site visits, participating in performance reviews and regular phone calls for order book reviews and to understand usage of Zodiac parts at customer facilities.
  • Monitoring backlog and on time delivery to proactively inform customers of any deviation.
  • Negotiate customer CRD when on time delivery is not possible by defining actual needs and suggest line splitting.
  • Collect data and communicate information to planning department and other CSR\'s when posisbly concerned.
  • Solve and prevent customer claims in a timely manner and answer all customer queries on deliveries.
  • Follow company Health & Safety rules by ensuring that you maintain full awareness and understanding of the risks involved in the operations you are undertaking. Ensuring that you are wearing the appropriate PPE at all times and taking action to ensure the safety of both you and your colleagues at all times.
  • Raise ideas for improvement and areas of concern.
  • Be an active member of the team, actively participate in team meetings. Work with colleagues and provide training and support to other less experienced team members where needed.

  • Works well under pressure dealing with requests from multiple sources

This is a full time role within the team working Monday to Friday as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday - 08:30 - 17:00
  • Friday - 08:30 - 16:00

You will get a 10 minute paid tea break in the morning along with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
