Customer Service Representative - CSR
Job Description

HTD is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our elite team! The expected work hours are from Monday-Friday 12pm - 8pm.


  • Work directly with the customer handling inquiries regarding the products and services we offer
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


  • Must be motivated
  • Dedicate team player that is a self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full training provided
  • We have multiple positions available as well as a management training program.
