CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
Description
Please see below main duties for thepermanent part time position of CSR: Working hours: 9.30 - 14.30; Monday - Friday Main Duties: General office admin including: Answering phone calls Raising sales/purchase orders using the internal system (Sage200) Dealing with customers enquiries and queries Assisting the external Sales Team Working closely with the other members of the team Filing paperwork Organising the transport on a day to day basis Skills, attributes and Qualifications: Willingness to learn, with a flexible 'can do' attitude. Computer literate. Good telephone manner. Ability to multitask. Above all the person must be able to demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of their work team player and willing to cover colleagues roles during periods of absencethinks 'ahead of the game'
