An exciting vacancy has arisen for a CSR and Management Systems Manager to join our manufacturing plant in Leeds. Our purpose-built, state-of-the-art printing facility in Leeds supplies lottery scratch card products to clients in Europe.

Although based in Leeds, the role will also involve liaison with other UK and global subsidiaries to drive forward CSR and sustainability strategies worldwide.

The role will involve:
- Developing a CSR strategy to encompass environmental sustainability, ethical business practice, community involvement and supply chain management.
- Ensuring continual development & improvement of all current business management systems and that the associated documentation is maintained and reviewed regularly.
- Supporting the business with the maintenance of its environmental management system and associated reporting requirements, as well as continuing to drive continuous improvement in this area
- Becoming a 'company expert' on Responsible Gaming, and taking steps to ensure that our players are protected from the negative effects of gaming and gambling in line with regulatory advice and guidelines.
- Carrying out internal audits, giving appropriate feedback and assisting departments and other subsidiaries with putting improvement plans into place.
- Deliver internal training to employees on their responsibilities in terms of maintaining business management standards.
- Ensuring the company is kept up to date with developments in relevant legislation and government directives.

In order to be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
- Proven experience of management system development, implementation and improvement, ideally in relation to ISO management systems.
- Working knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility practices.
- Experience of carrying out internal audits, identifying non-conformances, giving feedback and developing improvement plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor delivery to different audiences.
- A motivation to constantly seek improvements and challenge the 'status quo'.
- The ability to work autonomously
- The successful candidate will also be ideally educated to degree level, and previous experience of managing a team would also be beneficial, although not essential.

You will be given a competitive salary and benefits which include 26 days holiday, a car park onsite and a defined contribution pension scheme.
