Description:

This role sits within the UK People & Culture team which has responsibility for Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Employee Wellbeing, Health & Safety for the UK Head Office. As the Wellbeing and DEI Advisor you will be committed to ensuring that the company remains a great and safe place to work.

The Duties:

• Supporting the UK DEI & Wellbeing Manager in developing and implementing the employee wellbeing programme.
• 3yrs experience of Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
• Experience and understanding Health & Safety legislation and the willingness to undertake a NEBOSH diploma
• Creating content and supporting with the delivery of all internal engagement campaigns
• Writing and reviewing of risk, fire and first aid correspondence and training processes
• Excellent organisational skill and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Skills Required:

• Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent
• Numerical and Analytical thinking
• Excellent Communication skills
• Demonstrates a strong interest in people and culture
