ABOUT THE ROLE
Working within the Talent, Equality & Inclusion function of HR, the strategic objectives are to break down the barriers of today to release the potential of tomorrow. The ability to work across multiple programmes at PACE and with agility is really important.
Experience in large, complex organisations with ambitious transformation agendas is essential for this role. ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Experience driving Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement agendas - able to demonstrate substantial knowledge of wider HR practices and excellent knowledge of industry-leading practices.
Ability to demonstrate intellect and capability to develop a well thought out D&I and Engagement Framework and plan to underpin the delivery of the organisational strategy - at ease with complexity and able to articulate a clear vision for the future
Confidently manage multiple programmes of work running concurrently
Strong stakeholder management skills, managing stakeholders with multiple important priorities influencing at senior levels
Strong influencing skills, including demonstrated ability to influence and drive results at all levels of the organisation
Strength in engaging data reporting & analytics
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related profession, essential REQUIREMENTS:
You will support the delivery of the wider Leadership, Talent & Inclusion Strategy by ensuring there is a clear D&I and Engagement plan in place Ensure that specialist interventions are fit for purpose for the business and are deployed to deliver the intended business outcomes
Proactively partner with HRBPs, HR leads, and key business leaders to build a deep understanding of the business need and work closely with the group centres of excellence to build an expert understanding of existing offers, identifying improvements and gaps, and working with the group Centres of Expertise to fill these#
Co-design D&I and Engagement methodology and interventions with the group centres of expertise e.g. Engagement Team, D&I team, Data teams
Provide programme design and delivery expertise to support specific initiatives and requirements
Responsible for developing the D&I and Engagement plans to underpin the strategy developed by the Senior Manager, Leadership & Talent including deployment strategy
Working with the Senior Manager and business stakeholders to drive the diversity and engagement of the workforce in line with the plans developed.
Leading the D&I plans working with HR leads and business stakeholders to prioritise and support critical activity included supporting network groups, leading key workstreams on education, external partnerships, overseeing calendar of events, producing quarterly reporting and analytics
Develop and manage programme plans for the business work streams ensuring that key tasks are delivered on time and on budget
Support the delivery of the Leadership, Talent & Inclusion Strategy by ensuring there is a clear D&I and Engagement plan in placeBenefits
