Client Relationship Manager, Diversity Consultancy, £38,000 Basic, £60,000 OTE. This is a fascinating Account Management role with the marketing leader in the niche and burgeoningfield of empowering neurodiversity in the workplace. This well-established consultancy practice has evolved to become a leading provider of tailored change programmes to create corporate cultures that support and values the talents of neurodiverse minds such as Autism Spectrum Conditions, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, DCD and ADHD. In 2020, they experienced exponential growth as Diversity and Inclusion have become a significant board issue and high on the board agendas of leading organisations. Major clients are typically FTSE 250 companies, leading tech brands, government organisations and NGOs together with Occupational Health Providers and other Business Consultancy practices looking for expertise and thought leadership in this field.

This is an expansion role to capitalise on their high growth phase, where you will be managing circa fifty accounts and working with them to develop a strategic inclusive workforce plan. This will be achieved by working with the accounts to design their neurodiversity journey plan and provide consultation and advice before bringing in support from subject matter experts and broaden out these strategic conversations.

To apply to this fascinating account management role:

You will have at least two years of sales experience within HR Sales, and this could be selling L&D, Occupational Psychology, Occupational Health, HR Services, HR Consulting, Psychometric Services, Recruitment Consultancy or similar.

You must be able to talk the language of HR and be well versed in strategic account planning techniques such as network and stakeholder mapping, strategic account management, strategic relationship development and consultative selling.

You will have an aptitude for networking and enjoy attending niche talks and events to immerse yourself in the L&D community.

You will be a strong communicator, able to learn and converse upon complex subjects and possess brilliant presentation and general interpersonal skills.

You will be a self-motivated self-starter that enjoys working autonomously and requires little management input.

You will be an independent, strategic thinker that is intuitive and has a reputation for 'getting a good job done'.

It would help if you have a passion for diversity and inclusion, and in particular, neurodiversity.

The role will be home-based initially, but you will be expected, post-Covid (written November 2021), to work from the HQ in London on 2 days per week.
