Job Description Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team as a Manager within Inclusion and Diversity,y, which is responsible for providing agile support to the Senior Managers as well as to the Head of Inclusion and Diversity, to support the delivery of key activity.

Using your previous experience and knowledge of Inclusion & Diversity topics, your Rresponsibilities will include the management of dedicated programmes, projects and areas of strategic focus, requiring previous experience working with Inclusion & Diversity related topics..

As part of the role, it\'s essential to be able to demonstrate how you have embedded these within an organisation using your expert knowledge and understanding of the strands of Diversity.

Role Description:

  • Join us to build and manage detailed implementation plans for central programme activity
  • Provide support to key divisions of our business to ensure priority activity within The Group\'s Inclusion and Diversity approach is successfully delivered.
  • Support the business to ensure divisional activity remains aligned to The Group priorities and utilise central programme resources/propositions wherever possible.
  • Continuously review existing central activity, including strategic programmes, development and capability interventions, training design and reporting, against agreed success metrics and recommend improvements to secure return on investment.
  • Carry out external scanning of emerging themes and regulatory developments with regard to Inclusion and Diversity and make recommendations as to how these could be applied to an LBGa Lloyds Banking Group context to inform strategy.
  • Support the gathering of relevant data and insight to inform strategic decisions as well as to input into benchmarking and/or reporting activity as required.
  • Provide oversight of programme resources and costs within budget, recommending cost and/or resource efficiencies where possible.
  • Oversee the risks within the central programme portfolio and provide support to the business by helping to identify and mitigate risk across portfolio of activity owned outside the central team.

About you:

You\'ll have the ability to translate high-level business strategy into detailed, meaningful implementation plans as well as able to deliver results at pace, quickly adapting to a fast-changing environment.

It is essential that you have the know how to use project management principles and tools to secure results in a controlled environment in a timely fashion.

Understanding The Group\'s approach to delivering change is essential, especially how to utilise effective methods of managing projects and programmes within time /budget constraints, quickly building an internal network will support this.
