Together the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.

As a firm we have made a number of commitments in support of our inclusion agenda, and are now looking for an I,D & W Coordinator to join our team to support with implementation, and to continue progressing the agenda.

The role alongside the I,D & W Lead, and Advisor is part of the firms wider People and Culture Team, enabling the successful candidate to work with a broad range of stakeholders within the wider team and firm. The team is open, collaborative and supportive, and in this new role the successful candidate will join a firm who is truly invested in progressing and embedding inclusion and good wellbeing practices into all we do.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support firmwide I,D and W initiatives, programmes and projects.
  • Provide overall co-ordination of the I,D &W agenda.
  • Responsible for the administration and organisation of all I,D&W activities.
  • Support and grow our networks, helping with the creation of new networks, as well as working closely with our current networks.
  • Coordinate internal communication campaigns on Inclusion, Diversity & Wellbeing topics and continue to maintain the calendar of events.
  • Lead on the coordination, administration and promotion of inclusion, diversity and wellbeing events, seminars, and workshops.
  • Regularly update our internal I,D & W channels.
  • Produce I,D & W data reports on a regular basis to feed into an I&D dashboard.
  • Assist in the preparation of I,D and W surveys and award submissions.
  • Support with the coordination of mental health first aider meetings and recruitment of new cohorts.
  • Coordinate firmwide wellbeing events and initiatives such as wellbeing drop in's and external speaker events.

Your skills, experience and knowledge

  • A keen interest in Inclusion & Diversity and employee wellbeing.
  • Administration experience in a professional environment.
  • Behaviours consistent with Mazars values, a positive individual who can demonstrate they are truly a team player.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, whilst managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong organisational, numeracy and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office tools, and in particular a good working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, filters and formulas).
  • High levels of initiative, resilience and enthusiasm.
  • Team player with a solution-focused, collaborative approach with colleagues and stake holders.
