Due to transformational change within our L&D space at Bakkavor, we are now on the lookout for an experienced Inclusion & Diversity Advisor. You will be responsible for advising on the group inclusion & diversity plan and driving the implementation of the inclusion and diversity agenda for the organisation.

Responsible for advising on the group inclusion & diversity agenda, bringing best practice thinking into the organisation.
Support the design of a 3-year conscious inclusion and engagement strategy, plan and roadmap.
Work closely with relevant global stakeholders to understand regional cultural sensitivities and inclusion needs, linking into the design and implement of the plan, adapting to the needs and ensuring to work alongside key stakeholders to implement the requirements.
Work in conjunction with the wellbeing offering to build our approach into our plan over time.
Ensure that analytics are in place to measure and monitor progress against set inclusion and diversity targets and objectives, establishing continuous areas of development within the plan.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, inclusion champions and our colleagues to ensure that our approach is built from within and is effectively embedded into the organisation.
Organisation of events and initiatives in alignment with the annual inclusion & diversity calendar, driving a standardised Group approach towards annual I&D initiatives.

Work closely with partners i.e., the HR Shared Service team, Rewards or Talent Acquisition team to collaborate on inclusion & diversity initiatives to drive the agenda and work towards achieving our objectives.
Manage and partner with external partners ensuring strong relationships are built with key suppliers and robust SLA's are in place.
You will be great at developing cross functional relationships, a be a true advocate for D&I and engagement. This is a very exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic Inclusion & Diversity professional to help drive the I&D agenda for the business.
