Are you passionate about identifying talent, building and driving innovative diversity recruiting strategies, and developing and maintaining strong client relationships? We're looking for a professional who wants to use their skills and ideas to attract students to careers at Goldman Sachs, to join our Campus Diversity Recruiting team based in London.

OUR IMPACT
The recruiting team identifies, attracts, and recruits undergraduates and experienced professionals to the firm. The team also manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high calibre, diverse and robust candidate pipeline for both campus and experienced hire recruiting. Our graduate recruiting team sources strong and diverse talent for our global internship programme and full-time campus classes through relationship building with key university stakeholders and high-impact campus events.

The Diversity Recruiting Team at Goldman Sachs is an integral part of the Recruiting function. The team focuses on the sourcing and recruitment of traditionally underrepresented identities (including but not limited to women and black professionals, the LGBT community, people with disabilities and first-generation university students).

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • End to end project management of key diversity recruitment pipelines, programmes and initiatives
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing key relationships with senior leaders in close conjunction with key recruiting stakeholders from the business, HCM, and global counterparts
  • Manage and execute on internship diversity strategy throughout the year whilst ensuring an excellent experience for the interns and focus on building a diverse full time talent pipeline
  • Manage and execute the recruiting strategy for the Africa Recruiting Initiative
  • Provide strategic and innovative solutions on diversity recruiting efforts across the team, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure accountability on progress towards the firm's diversity aspirational goals
  • Serve as an advisor to the broader recruiting community to ensure an integrated diversity strategy is developed across different divisions
  • Liaise with internal affinity groups to partner in raising awareness of diversity programs
  • Assess efficacy of diversity programming and strategy using data-driven approaches
  • Project manage, host and attend campus diversity recruiting events across EMEA (e.g. recruiter information sessions, inter-firm diversity events)
  • Build relationships at key university career services, diversity partners and student societies to enhance the Goldman Sachs employer brand
  • Contribute to regional and global working groups focused on planning and executing Firmwide diversity programmes, initiatives and events, as well as process improvement ideas
  • Keep abreast of trends in diversity recruitment, market intelligence and competitor benchmarking
  • Maintain and produce reports analysis key diversity recruitment metrics and KPIs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of work experience
  • Partnering with clients and colleagues: solid communication and relationship management skills; client facing and credible; strong negotiation skills; ability to develop internal and external relationships; ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to build networks quickly
  • Project management: good understanding of an end to end recruitment process and the ability to oversee and manage it across multiple supporting teams. Ability to thrive in a deadline driven and fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills. Critical analysis, forward thinking; ability to foresee the impact of emerging trends/patterns
  • Strong team player: ability to work effectively in a team with all levels

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preference for experience with diversity programmes / strategies and /or recruiting
  • Awareness of current diversity issues, trends and organisations
  • Results-orientated: ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients
  • Commercial awareness: broad knowledge of the financial services industry is useful. Knowledge of campus market, competitor intel etc. Ability to maximise ROI from efforts on campus and maintain focus on annual recruiting priorities
  • Occasional travel during campus marketing season is required
