A temporary opportunity has arisen within the Organisation Development Team of our Human Resources Function for an Organisation Development Advisor - Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. This post will work on an agile basis, with some ability to work from home and some time spent at Central Service Headquarters in Sheffield and other SYFR worksites.

OD Advisor (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion)
Contract: Fixed term (up to 12 months dependent on maternity leave)
Salary: Grade 7 (£29,577 - £32,234)
Hours: Full Time - 37 Hours per week (Flexi Time)
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: Agile working

The post holder will lead on the development and further embedding of the equality, diversity & inclusion (EDI) agenda within SYFR. This work will include the creation of reports and relevant policy, management of EDI related training and the progression of local and national EDI initiatives. They will be required to progress, develop and report on SYFRs Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy and Action Plan including working closely with stakeholders and managers to ensure that progress is maintained. The successful candidate will need the ability to manage a varied workload, progress and develop new relationships and groups within the service and ensure best practice approaches to EDI within SYFR.

You must have the ability to travel to all SYFR stations and sites and be able to demonstrate experience and understanding within this area of work.
