HR Diversity and Inclusion Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join a great company based in Birmingham Central.

Reporting to the Senior Manager for Diversity and Corporate Responsibility, you will be part of a small team responsible for driving Diversity and Inclusion, Internationally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Diversity and Inclusion strategy
  • Progress against a number of diversity strands, developing and delivering initiatives
  • Support Business Development, and Client Partners, with client collaboration on Diversity and Inclusion
  • Work with the wider HR team to embed D&I into our HR processes and systems
  • Develop and support a number of employee networks
  • Liaise with the locally based HR teams to drive progress in a geographical location (either Europe, Middle East or Asia)
  • Develop and manage relationships with external bodies
  • Lead and support the execution of Diversity and Inclusion events and related projects

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of, and a passion for, delivering diversity and inclusion, in a professional/financial services environment
  • Ideally have experience of liaising with clients/customers in relation to D&I
  • Proven project management skills
  • Able to deliver results in a changing environment
  • Able to work collaboratively and influence with stakeholders at all levels
