Head of Talent Development - Diversity

We are currently looking for a Permanent Head of Talent Development - Diversity to join a well-known professional business in the West Midlands. You will have a background in coaching senior executives and working on specialist programmes aimed at harnessing the potential of ambitious and critical senior individuals in the organisation, all whilst driving diversity.

This role is new to the team and you will have the opportunity to shape the role as it develops!

Salary: market rate, depending on experience
Location: West Midlands

Main responsibilities of the Head of Talent Development - Diversity:
* Focused on talent development you will be responsible for ensuring consistent talent practices to drive a learning culture and contribute to the future of the business.
* Focused on specific and individual support aligned to key talent segments and strategic initiatives, you will provide coaching, guidance and development in various talent programmes.
* Reviewing the needs of the highlighted talent and working with the team to facilitate planning and prioritisation talent initiatives to enable efficient delivery.
* Providing coaching and career support to identified senior female talent.
* Coordinating development solutions with HR to ensure ongoing leadership and suitability for managers in critical positions.
* Working in partnership with key external suppliers to deliver against senior talent initiatives ensuring quality standards and innovative practices in talent development are maintained.
* Reviewing and reporting on relevant talent data to drive impact and increase accountability.
* Ensure financial and operational efficiency of initiatives.

Key skills of the Head of Talent Development - Diversity:
* Experience in a global business is key, as the programmes you will be involved with are global - however all CVs will be reviewed.
* Experience working in a senior talent development role which involves coaching senior executives.
* Global organisational experience, familiar with working in remote teams.
* Experience developing presentations for executive / board level meetings
* Ideally be educated to degree level with a formal coaching qualification - or equivalent
