Global Inclusion & Diversity Content Coordinator

GSK House

12 Month Contract

Pay: up to £340 per day

Job Purpose

The I&D Content Coordinator will be responsible for playing an essential role in ensuring the building of our I&D reputation internally and externally through appropriate use of web-based and social media channels. They will use appropriate methods of content curation to source relevant articles and information for sharing, to help build awareness and familiarity with I&D within GSK.

This role will report directly to the Global I&D Director, working closely with the Global I&D Team, colleagues and leaders in TL&OD, the HR organization and with the CGA function to ensure a co-ordinated and aligned approach to our social media presence and reputation building, internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

Provide governance, access and management of the social learning environment for Inclusion and Diversity. Lead on social media campaigns (through facilitation and moderation) to enhance our internal and external reputation.

Write content to post internely and externally with the relvant stakeholders agreement to build GSK\'s reputation and thought leadership

Organise and catalogue content (via third party newsletters, external articles, blogs, uploaded documents). Tag content for searchability, award kudos, remove inappropriate comments and content on the I&D workplace groups, I&D Website, etc.

Responsibility for process to find and share more broadly the success stories in line with relevant themes, etc

Manage content curation for maintenance of I&D Playlist and building content library as Linked-In Elevate Curator.

Stay up-to-date with social digital technology trends and how other organisations bring I&D to life. Monitor relevant metrics (eg workplace posts, I&D Playlist metrics) identifying where improvement opportunities exist to enhance future iterations.

Liaise with I&D team to stay updated on new products and available content that will enhance the community experience.

Ideal Candidate

Able to demonstrate strong skills in using digital and social media to communicate clear messages and content.

Strong communication and organisational skills

Strong verbal and writing skills

Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Ability to be a team player and manage and priortise a busy workload

Agile and flexible; able to work in ambiguous situations and tight deadlines.

Forward looking with a holistic approach

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle

Experience of digital communications.

Experience within GSK would be an advantage

Tenacious self-starter and Completer finisher
