Global Diversity, Inclusion and Equality Manager is required for a leading FMCG company who have fantastic offices in Chiswick and over 20 sites Globally.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading well known company who are looking to build and strengthen a diverse and inclusive culture that readily enables the power of belonging of all colleagues across the organisation, by educating and equipping all managers to build and lead teams.

Reporting directly into the VP of Global HR Operations you will be a key member of the HR team. Working closely with leaders throughout the organisation ensuring alignment, consistency and standard methodology implementation.

In reward you will be paid a salary of £80,000 - £90,000 p.a. plus car allowance and bonus and some great benefits. The role will be based from their Chiswick office, with flexibility to work from home along with some travel to other sites.

The successful Global Diversity, Inclusion and Equality Manager will focus on:

Inclusion and Diversity strategy setting and execution;
Own the leadership and development of critical metrics;
Develop programs to support engagement in the organisation actively involving senior leaders;
Collaborate across the HR function to ensure the brand is appealing to a diverse group of applicants;
Own the development policy and process to ensure inclusion, diversity and equality agenda is brought to life across the core HR infrastructure;
Follow up external trends and partnership opportunities, technology and tools to support diversity initiatives through industry forums, thought leadership opportunities and research.
To be considered for this amazing Global Diversity, Inclusion and Equality Manager role you will need to have the follow:

Proven internal communications and engagement experience in a global organisation working with multiple cultures and across geographies including understanding of audiences, channels and message preparation;
Proven experience of supporting policy and process design;
Ideally a background FMCG;
Ability to relay detailed information in a simple, concise and engaging manner;
Excellent attention to detail, organised and have a logical approach;
Passionate about delivery;
Educated to degree level or equivalent;
