Support the client\'s approach to an inclusive work and study environment through embedding equity, diversity and inclusion into all relevant School activity
* Assist with the production and dissemination of EDI communications (digital, social media, email, print)
* Run the EDI website using the content management system (CMS), including scoping out improvements and developments
* Contribute to research on various EDI topics to develop and inform policy proposals and decision and support the production of papers and briefings on EDI issues
* Coordinate the schedule for the completion of equality impact assessments (EIAs) of LSE policies and programmes
* Act as the team contact for staff EDI networks, which may include providing support for the networks\' budgeting and events, facilitating and attending network meetings and providing feedback/reports to the EDI team
* Coordinate the network of EDI Advisers, located in academic units and service divisions: identifying ongoing professional development needs, flagging issues centrally, coordinating documentation, and servicing network meetings (with input from other EDI staff)
* Minute EDI operational meetings, and follow up on action points with those responsible
* Oversee the EDI blog in conjunction with senior EDI colleagues - e.g. commissioning articles - as well as developing and maintaining contacts to solicit contributions for the EDI blog
* Maintain knowledge of and resources for digital media, social media, picture research and web analytics to raise the profile of equity, diversity and inclusion
* Work in collaboration with the EDI Administrator to establish EDI Office systems and procedures, develop and support working groups, and progress specialist initiatives as required
* Coordinate EDI entries in prospectuses and handbooks, in close partnership with EDI colleagues
* Organise EDI-related events, in collaboration with EDI team members
* Undertake specific projects and initiatives as requested by the Head of EDI
* Desirable: Support colleagues with the analysis of data for charter mark applications
