Job: Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Training Coordinator

Salary: £23,541 - £27,041 pa

Hours: Full time

Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 18 Months

Location: FSHQ (Hybrid Working - Office/Working from home)

Your role:

We are looking for a committed and experienced professional who has the flexibility and willingness to work across the breadth of activity involved in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Training. You will be helping to deliver our Progressive EDI activities linked to our EDI Strategic ambitions for the organisation. Working across the service to deliver training related to EDI, promoting the Equality groups, engaging staff, young people and volunteers to become Active Allies. Your training will aim to increase understanding of EDI legislation and our Public Sector Equality Duty. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role to administer, coordinate and assist the EDI Manager and other specialist departments embed excellent EDI practice.
