Diversity and Inclusivity Account Manager

Our client is looking for a candidate with excellent customer service and relationship building skills for this fantastic recruitment marketing role. You will be managing their most valuable client accounts so you'll be confident communicating with a variety of different stakeholders, adapting accordingly. With your customer-focused approach, they'll look to you for input into commercial, marketing and product development.

Diversity and Inclusivity Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, instilling trust using your in-depth knowledge of their company culture and objectives
  • Provide clients with leadership advice and support with hiring, retention, diversity & inclusion
  • Carry out induction meetings with clients to gather information target audiences and specific objectives to tailor their success plan accordingly
  • Compiling and delivering detailed reports using relevant data to provide informed recommendations
  • Adhere to recruitment and inclusion best practice at all time
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Diversity and Inclusivity Account Manager Experience Essentials

You'll ideally have practical experience in graduate recruitment marketing and delivering digital marketing campaigns. You will be confident with data report analysis and have proven management skills having successfully led and developed a team. This is a fast-paced and exciting role and will require excellent time management skills as well as an eye for innovating processes to improve efficiencies.
