Diversity and Inclusion Trainer

A well-respected organisation who is a leader in their field is looking to recruit and additional Diversity and Inclusion Trainer for their design and delivery team. The role is focused on designing learning modules with a combination of new and existing content, and then delivering to a range of client types both virtually, and when COVID permits, face-to-face, mainly at middle management and professional levels.

You will have the creative freedom and opportunity to influence training programmes across clients, UK and International travel opportunities, a strong focus on your well-being as a key part of the team and colleagues who will support and encourage your success.

The role can be home/remote based and we welcome applications from people located anywhere in the UK.

As a Diversity and Inclusion Trainer, your responsibilities will include:

Working from client briefs to design bespoke programmes of training including all materials.
Achieving accreditation (CPD) for new programmes.
Delivering training virtually or face to face to management and professional delegates.
Co-delivering on large scale programmes with other trainers.
Updating the training library catalogue.

We are looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Trainer who has the following skills and experiences:

A qualified trainer with robust experience of multi-client delivery.
Confidence in design, build and delivery of training content.
A subject matter expert within diversity, inclusion, behavioural change or culture.
Experience of working with a demanding workload, with multiple deadlines.
Passionate about the topic with the ability to excite and engage learners.
Familiarity with accreditation processes for new course material.
