Job Role: Diversity & Inclusion Talent Specialist
Location: Paddington, London
Contract: 12 months
Start: ASAP
Rate: Up to £35 per hour DOE

This is a fabulous opportunity for a dynamic talent acquisition specialist with a passion for diversity and inclusion.

As the champion for all things diversity within this company\'s recruitment processes across EMEA this offers an excellent chance to promote, educate and recommend talented individuals for internal job vacancies.

Expectations include:
* Sourcing and developing a full and diverse pipeline of qualified talent for a variety of roles across the Sales and Service function.
* Leveraging and collaborating with both internal and external partners to build a diverse candidate pipeline and support for \"just-in-time\" targeted roles.
* Finding creative ways to identify and engage with diverse pools of talent to develop diverse pipeline for current and future business needs.
* Serving as the subject matter expert for diversity initiatives in recruiting with marketing leaders, hiring managers and internal partners.
* Playing a key role in designing and developing a diversity sourcing strategy.
* Organising and participate in diversity conferences and events to build relevant connections and promote the company image and goals.
* Reviewing applicants and credentials of diverse candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to business requirements.
* Conducting initial qualifying phone screens of candidates.
* Creating an amazing candidate experience.
* Recruiting passive candidates gauging skills of candidates for fit, and candidate motivation, building relationships and credibility.
* Maintaining accurate candidate data throughout the recruitment life-cycle in the Applicant Tracking System.
* Communicating and providing regular updates on progress to all stakeholders involved in the recruiting process.
Ideal Skills and experience:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a diversity recruiter and/or sourcer working in a high volume, high hiring environment.
* You will have a strong foundation in diversity recruiting, specifically the creation and implementation of strategies to source and recruit from diverse communities working across all business units in a region.
* Passion for attracting the best and the brightest talent with a specific focus on diversity hiring.
* Proven candidate pipeline generation and qualification experience, building and utilising a variety of sourcing tools, including proactive phone and internet research
* Proven ATS experience for sourcing and pipeline/candidate management.
* Effective communicator (verbal, written and presentation) with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Strong detail-orientation, time management & organisation skills.
* Proven ability to think strategically, translate strategies into actionable plans, develop performance metrics and analyse results.
* Highly developed relationship management and consulting skills.
* Experience building business relationships with community organisations, professional associations and recruitment vendors.
* Lead corporate participation at recruiting conferences, conventions, and targeted recruiting events.
* Inquisitiveness and passion for direct sourcing including using creative techniques such as Boolean, X-Ray, image searching etc .and tools such as LinkedIn, and other job boards.
* Proven ability to simultaneously manage several projects in a fast-paced environment

This role is working on an initial 12 month contract as a pilot with the view to extend depending on the success of the individual. This company is a multinational software company with offices around the world. This position will be based out of the Sales office in Paddington, London but will work alongside the internal Talent Acquisition team.
