Diversity & Inclusion Project Officer

We want to ensure that Tearfund\'s culture and broader work is building towards a world where everyone can flourish, reach their God-given potential and live life with dignity. We know that this sort of change starts within and we are putting a lot of focus on improving diversity and inclusion within Tearfund as well as in our programmatic work.

The Diversity & Inclusion Project Officer is a member of the Global HR Team and also works closely with Global Learning and Talent Management colleagues, taking responsibility for a range of D&I project initiatives aimed at changing our internal culture and HR processes, policies, and practice, to ensure that we are creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

Are you passionate about Diversity & Inclusion, with some HR and project management experience?

Do you enjoy analysing data and practices to identify the root causes?

The successful candidate will have:

A passion for improving diversity and a track record of making a difference in this area
Relevant experience of HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development policies and best practice
Excellent coordination, communication and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and projects
The ability to research, monitor and analyse data e.g gender pay gap data
Excellent training / facilitation skills with the ability to relate well to people from different backgrounds and cultures
The ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders
