The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association


This is a fantastic opportunity to join The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association as a Diversity and
Inclusion Manager to support the People and Performance team based at Burghfield, near Reading.

The role
The Diversity and Inclusion Manager will be a focal point for diversity and inclusion activity managing
both the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and the Diversity Action Plan at organisation level. You will
ensure that Guide Dogs complies with its statutory and non-statutory commitments by advising and
influencing leaders across the organisation to help embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in
Guide Dogs policies, practices and culture.

Who we’re looking for
You will have experience working in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion including implementing EDI
initiatives. You will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder collaboration and engagement,
with the ability to engage with a wide range of colleagues at all levels. Full details of the

This role is 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week, with 26 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) a
